mr.zeroandClaude Opus 5	d62fd5aecb	Follow the builder image to the build org ... A package namespace does not travel with the repo and gets no redirect, so the image had stayed in internal/ after the org reorganization. It now lives under build/, next to this repo. mr.zeroandClaude Fable 5	463cce6a52	Add CI builder image and use it in the pipeline ... builder.Dockerfile bakes the build step's dependencies into git.teletype.hu/internal/* so the pipeline no longer installs packages on every run.
