Add fused desktop binaries step to the pipeline
ci/woodpecker/push/woodpecker Pipeline failed

Sync Makefile and .woodpecker.yaml from love-tools: win-x64,
mac-universal and linux-x64 packages fused from the official LÖVE
11.5 release artifacts, uploaded as release assets.
